Thanks for the nice clip! I was always admiring people who can sing ..
Well, I actually admire all people with any kind of music talents.. They
make me melt. I wanted to learn to sing well, so I often look for singing
tutorial in the internet, this one here is really good: “9oood Proven
Singing Lesson Online”. I never spent a dime before, but this one is
    worthed.

I sang and played guitar in front of people yesterday for the first time,
it was the first time I’d even sung at all. I was quite overwhelmed by the
response that I was fairly decent too…I still need a lot of work though
but yesterday encouraged me to carry on with. It was the most nerve racking
    thing I’ve ever done :P

Okay! So, I have a simple question. I see that you have quite a bit of
videos. In which, you help in certain aspects pertaining to the situation
at hand. But, I’m not entirely sure how to go about watching them. Should I
watch all of them first? Or, should I watch a video a day and focus on that
specific exercise for a few days and move onto the next video? I wasn’t
sure if I should do the “HM” the “zZzZzz” the “NG” and this technique all
in the same day or not?

Well, Have you had a chance to take a look at my 8-week, systematic course,
by the way? You can find it by clicking the link below this video. That has
an entire, 6-video section on agility. Best of luck to you. I’ll be posting
    more videos soon, too. :)

Hello Roger, there were two things that stuck to my mind, watching quite
    some of your videos:
    - Keep your throat muscles relaxed (the thumb thing)
    - Reverse your inner scale (low is in the head, high down the back)

The latter took me a while, but I’m getting the hang of it.

And … thanks bunches. Those alone sort a ton inside there without any
additional effort. Seems they take effort away which is what I want. :-)

  27. Edwin Myers December 21, 2013 at 11:49 am #

Hello Roger! Why does my throat strain after singing? ? It gets dry and I
kinda lose my voice, and I have to push my voice or air to sing… what
might be causing this problem? ?? I try to not push my voice and I breath
as you taught, the only thing is I drink coke a lot. .

What would be helpful to know is how does one stretch the vocal cords (what
muscular coordination does this) to go higher in pitch?

  32. jrllotak2 December 21, 2013 at 1:58 pm #

@akdixiepixie Yes, that is. Make sure your nay is very nasal and shrill.
The nay exercise makes you use the pharyngeal resonance in order to connect
    your voice.

  33. akdixiepixie December 21, 2013 at 2:52 pm #

So when you do the nay nay nays with a song, you do them in the melody of
    the song correct?

When singing, I don’t really hit many notes. It stays quite similar
throughout, I was wondering if you have any tips on expanding this.
